The I-94 Industrial Park consists of 189 acres of land on Detroit?s east side near the junction of I-94 and I-75. The land is zoned for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics and flex space development. In Phase I, 17 acres are currently for sale. Existing businesses in the park include a 300,000 sq. ft. warehouse and logistics facility and a solid waste processing facility.
