Paradise Valley Cultural and Entertainment District
The Paradise Valley Cultural and Entertainment District generally surrounds Harmonie Park, along Randolph, East Grand River, and Centre Streets between Gratiot and Madison.
Plans for the District envision an African-American cultural influence to honor the legacy of Paradise Valley, with an appeal that crosses cultures in its composition of commercial, retail, entertainment, educational and cultural offerings. The DDA controls four buildings in the District.
