All Inclusive Security & Investigation provides a wide variety of security solutions including armed and unarmed security guards; alarm and camera equipment; process services for legal matters; and investigative services. All Inclusive also provides classes in domestic violence anger management and misdemeanor morality. CEO Afford A. Coleman founded All Inclusive eight years ago, fulfilling his dream as a veteran and former law enforcement officer to form a company to assist people and provide safety solutions.

All Inclusive Security & Investigation was recently awarded both a Detroit small business certificate and a minority business certificate from the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation. Its other certifications include the Michigan Department of Transportation business enterprise certificate and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs small business certificate.

Who are some of your clients?
Our clients include The N’Namdi Center for Contemporary Art, Midtown Detroit Inc., Motown Montessori School, several churches in the city, A&M Machining LLC, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Midtown’s Urban Partnership Bank and Roncelli Construction Inc. Our clientele is city-wide, ranging from Detroit’s east side to its west side.

How do you want your company to impact Detroit in the long term?
We want to be involved in the economic growth of the City by providing a safe environment for local businesses, their patrons and residents.

In the future, I envision All Inclusive Security & Investigation expanding by providing services to more diverse group of businesses. Eventually we want to be a household name.

Lastly, we’d like to expand our workforce as the business grows. My goal is to hire veterans because I know what great dependable, hard-working people they are.

What is the All Inclusive Security & Investigation culture all about?
Our team consists of about 20 people who take security and safety very seriously. Personally, as a retired police detective I have the “protect and serve” mindset to provide service to people who need it.

What companies have you collaborated with in Detroit as suppliers?
All Inclusive Security & Investigation collaborates with and gets uniforms and equipment from Enterprise Uniform Company on E. Grand Boulevard and Sherwood Forest Art Gallery on Livernois Ave for signage and framing. Small Business Association (SBA), Michigan Minority Contractors Association (MMCA)

As well as Detroit Economic Growth (D2D) for the opportunity to network with Developers and Contractors for upcoming projects in the City of Detroit.
