Lower Woodward Improvement Program
The DDA is improving roadways, lighting and streetscapes on cross streets connecting downtown thoroughfares. Streets included in the project are Park, Witherell, Grand River, Clifford, State and Gratiot streets.
The DDA is managing design and construction of the estimated $2.5 million project, funded by the DDA, State of Michigan and Detroit Renaissance.
