The Economic Development Corporation of the City of Detroit (EDC) is requesting proposals for professional design & engineering services for the Livernois Streetscape Enhancement Plan.  

 

A pre-bid meeting was held on October 14, 2011 where several questions were raised.  As a result Addendum 1 for the RFP was issued.  The EDC is also issuing several supporting documents to aid in proposal development.
