Harmonie Park Property Management
The City of Detroit Downtown Development Authority invites written responses from interested and experienced professional property management companies (the, “Property Manager”) in response to this Request for Qualifications / Proposals (“RFQ/P”) to provide certain property management services to the DDA for certain commercial properties located in downtown Detroit, in a location more commonly known as Harmonie Park.

City seeks bids to Rehab Brodhead Armory
The City of Detroit, through its Planning & Development Department (P&DD) is seeking proposals to rehabilitate the Brodhead Armory, located at 7600 East Jefferson, Detroit, MI 48214, on the Detroit Riverfront, to its prominence as a local and regional destination. The successful proposal will recognize the potential of the site serving as a major economic catalyst and a regional anchor in the heart of the City of Detroit. Any proposed development should be uniquely suited to the community’s aesthetic and economic well being of the City.

Landscape Maintenance of the Riverfront Promenade
The DDA is looking for proposals for Landscape Maintenance of the Riverfront Promenade and a DDA owned lot on West Jefferson. The project includes but is not limited to Spring Clean up. Lawn Maintenance & Edging, Tree, Shrub and Flower Maintenance, Walkway and Amenity Maintenance, Irrigation System Initialization, Maintenance and Winterization.
