Detroit is in the midst of transforming itself, and the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation is behind it all. DEGC’s expertise has been instrumental in revitalizing downtown through projects such as Campus Martius Park, creating neighborhoods from industrial zones along the East Riverfront, and bringing jobs to the West Riverfront and other locations in Detroit. For the last 5 years, we've been the leader in housing starts in Detroit, as well as investing 18 million in streetscapes and facade improvement.
