The Economic Development Corporation (EDC) of the City of Detroit invites experienced and qualified contractors to submit proposals in response to two Bid Packages being issued for construction services required for the Fox Creek Infrastructure Project. The area is generally bounded by the first alley south of Jefferson Avenue to the south, Eastlawn to the west, Kercheval and Vernor to the north, and Alter Road to the east, in the City of Detroit.

The City of Detroit Downtown Development Authority invites written responses from interested and experienced professional property management companies (the, "Property Manager") in response to this Request for Qualifications / Proposals ("RFQ/P") to provide certain property management services to the DDA for certain commercial properties in the Harmonie Park area of Downtown Detroit.

Broadhead Armory RFP
The City of Detroit, through its Planning & Development Department (P&DD) is seeking proposals to rehabilitate the Brodhead Armory, located at 7600 East Jefferson, Detroit, MI 48214, on the Detroit Riverfront, to its prominence as a local and regional destination. The successful proposal will recognize the potential of the site serving as a major economic catalyst and a regional anchor in the heart of the City of Detroit. Any proposed development should be uniquely suited to the community's aesthetic and economic well being of the City.
